In 1999, employees at SSI developed all harware and software sytems that controlled the the Zussman MOUT (Military Operations in Urban Terrain) site in Ft. Knox, Kentucky. Software was developed with Intouch software. The software integrated with Cutler-Hammer DeviceNet hardware.
In 2003, SSI was selected to upgrade the Zussman MOUT site. Tasks included total system conversion from antiquated DeviceNet protocol to Ethernet protocol with new Allen-Bradley hardware. SSI also created a new software interface utilyzing Intouch software.
